Refund Policy

BudgetBuddi sells digital products, including downloadable Excel planning tools. Digital downloads are generally delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because digital products can be accessed and copied after delivery, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase or deciding you no longer need the product.

When we will help

If you cannot access your purchase, receive the wrong file or experience a technical issue with the workbook, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

Refund requests we may consider

We may consider a refund where a duplicate purchase was made, the wrong product was delivered, the file was materially defective and cannot be fixed, or a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Compatibility

The paid planner is designed for Microsoft Excel. It may not work correctly in all spreadsheet apps. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to request support or a refund review

Email hello.budgetbuddi@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email, order date, issue description and screenshots where useful.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
